New Ford Figo 2012 Re-launched

Ford India Pvt Ltd., re-launches Hatchback Figo in it new avatar on 15th Oct’12. Figo comes with  two new striking colours ‘Bright Yellow’, ‘Kinetic Blue’ along with lots of enhanced features that compliments kinetic design of the India most awarded car. The Kinetic design elements carry into the interiors – the New Figo sports a second new instrument panel colour, ‘Riviera Blue,’ that invokes a sense of vibrancy while the new blue seat fabric gives a premium feel.

New Figo Petrol starts at INR 3,84,999 and New Figo Diesel starts at INR 4,81,999, ex-showroom Delhi and INR 385,437 (Petrol) and INR 482,438 (Diesel), ex-showroom Thane.

Honda Brio Automatic Launched

Honda Cars India Ltd Launches Hatchback Brio in it Automatic variant in India on 18th Oct’12.The Automatic Transmission will be available in Brio S(o) & Brio V Variants, This will First car in segment with 5-speed Automatic variant for effortless city driving. Along with Automatic Transmission Honda has also introduced a new Variant “Brio EX” with added features thereby giving value for money. The Honda Brio now also comes with “Honda Care Maintenance Package (HCMP)” for free periodic maintenance service up to 40,000km or 2 years which ever occur first. The customer can buy HCMP package at just Rs.9996/-.

Honda Brio AT comes with a 4 cylinder 1.2-litre i-VTEC engine that delivers maximum output of 88 PS @ 6000 rpm and Torque of 109 Nm @ 4500 rpm while giving an excellent fuel economy of 16.5 km/l, as per test data along with small turning radius of only 4.7m.

The new EX variant, which is an addition to the Brio line up, will feature 1 DIN audio system (AM/FM, MP3, USB with Aux –In) with Front speakers. Inclusion of Body Coloured Outside Rear View Mirrors, Body Coloured Outside Door Handles, and Door CTR Sash tape makes it more stylish and enhances the looks of the car.

For added customer convenience, the Honda Brio S grade is now equipped with Power Adjustable Outside Rear View Mirrors along with Front & Rear mud guards.

The complete range of the Brio has been expanded and will now be available in 7 variants – E MT, EX MT, S MT, S(O) MT, S(O) AT, V MT and V AT.

Maruti Suzuki India Ltd Launches  Alto 800 on 16th Oct’2012. It is launched with Petrol & CNG variants with prices starting from Rs 2.44 lakh to Rs. 3.56 lakh ex showroom New Delhi. Alto 800 offers mileage of 22.74 KMPL in Petrol & 30.46 KM/KG in CNG.

Nissan Evalia Launched in India

Nissan Motor India Private Ltd (NMIPL) Launches all new Evalia a 7-seater under the Multi-Utility Vehicle Segment on 25th Sept’2012. Evalia is packed with Renault’s 1.5-litre K9K dCi engine and come in four variants XE,XE+,XL and XL all diesel which offers Mileage of 19.3 KMPL (as per ARAI). Safety Features like ABS, EBD & BA are offered as Standard on all the variants. The second row seats are 60:40 double folds and Third row seats 50:50 side folds on all four variants. Mercedes-Benz Launches B-Class ‘Sports Tourer’

Mercedes-Benz India Pvt. Ltd. (MBIPL) launches B-Class Sports Tourer on 18th Sept’12. B-Class Sports tourer is large hatchback placed just below the C-Class. It is launched in two variants B 180 & B 180 Sport offered at priced starting from 21.49 lakh (B 180) to 24.87 lakh (B 180 sport) (ex-showroom, Mumbai).

Mercedes claims that it is one of the safest Sports Tourer available anywhere in world as it is packed with features like Attention Assist, Anti-lock Braking System (ABS), Electronic Stability Programme (ESP), Acceleration Skid Control (ASR), Brake Assist System (BAS), a tyre pressure loss warning indicator and 7 Airbags. Fuel efficiency of 14.81 KMPL (As per ARAI) makes it one of the most fuel efficient cars in the segment.
